Mulloway -  (Argyrosomus japonicus)

Mulloway is cultured in seacages in Spencer Gulf near Port Lincoln and is prized for it's firm white flesh.

Grown up to 3 kg the fish is sold whole fresh or chilled. Highly regarded by the fine dining market.
